I REALLY need to stop weighing myself every day. I weighed myself this morning before everything.. no food.. just checked my blood sugar first. And it said I had gained 3 pounds..
I mean seriously WTH Man!!
Oh well. I'm not going to report that *waves a hand* I'm sure it was just water weight.. or am I lying to myself?
I've lost something like 13 inches. Not really sure how long it took me, but I know it's been a while. Now all I have to do is start exercising the heck out of my body. Maybe I'll go do that now whilst I'm still motivated.
Do some stair steps. YAY!!
