Weighing everyday...

I REALLY need to stop weighing myself every day. I weighed myself this morning before everything.. no food.. just checked my blood sugar first. And it said I had gained 3 pounds..

I mean seriously WTH Man!!

Oh well. I'm not going to report that *waves a hand* I'm sure it was just water weight.. or am I lying to myself?

I've lost something like 13 inches. Not really sure how long it took me, but I know it's been a while. Now all I have to do is start exercising the heck out of my body. Maybe I'll go do that now whilst I'm still motivated.

Do some stair steps. YAY!!

    Hi, it sounds like you are beating yourself up today. Losing weight and being healthy is great but don't forget that you are human and not a machine. I agree with you about the weighing everyday, it is not a good idea. I am bad to do that too. I get really discouraged when I weigh in and I am two or three pounds heavier than I was the day before. I am only going to weigh one day a week. Working out is good it really does make you feel better. Keep your chinup you are doing fine,the holidays are hard for everyone and there is no crime in being human. Plus it really could be water weight. Good luck
