R is for reverse, renewal, rubbish

Renewal, I went back to Fast Break and strategy 3, I've incorporated a lot of what was there, I keep a gym bag in my car, and I've been able to look at my kitchen and cook things which is my version of convenience food. It's great reading it again. Forgot what good stuff is there.

I hurt so badly from being on my feet and doing the extra things that they do this shift. They don't allow breaks or a meal time, just grab a bite when you can. but today I took lima beans and pineapple, and I got two glasses of water down, enough that I didn't eat so much when I got off work. I need to stay focused on this and take the veggies each day! I also ate a breakfast today and drank lots of water. I came home and slept and didn't add extra things this week. For lunch I took little things that were already small. I would run to the back room and eat two bites. In some respect, I could not

Today my manager called me a nightmare, after I made a mistake. Tonight I headed for the ice creme place and had a sundae. Third sundae in two days. Both things have got to stop.

Friday, day off, went swimming~~two hours, one mile. I have to admit that all of the extra walking at work has increased my swimming stamina. I wasn't tired until the very end of my two hours. The pool was open for 20 more minutes but gave it up and went home. I ate something small before I left home, so I wasn't hungry but I wanted to stop and buy something. So I went to the deli and bought a loaf of bread and brought it home. Hm.....now that's a life style change, wouldn't you say? Another thing, I'm not dropping into bed when I walked through the door. Makes me smile, for sure!

Sounds like you are making progress. Increased stamina, making better choices, and not being as tired. Some good things are happening.
