Changes

Well, This past week I haven't done so well on eating healthier. I ate out at Restaurants like 4 times, which is very unusual, but 2 of the times I did very well with portion control.
I have been walking when I am able, twice last week I walked a whole mile! But, I think it was to much to fast, because at about a 1/4 of a mile, my left hip started hurting pretty bad, I would stop briefly to stretch, it felt better but then very soon after it would hurt again. I asked my physical therapist about it and she says I am probably walking to far, so next time just walk that 1/4 mile, if I feel ok, go another block, etc. So, That is what I shall do tonight.
I got my haircut Friday, It was all one length, just past the shoulders, now it is layered and just above the shoulders. On Sunday, my son and I colored my hair, cinnaberry. My husband chose the color. I took and posted new pictures of myself today.
Friday was my last day of Physical Therapy, so Tomorrow I am going to the wellness/fitness center and signing up with the free month, I am going to compare it to the other fitness center in town that we previously subsscribed too. I already know that the membership fees are cheaper, so thats a plus.
I am definitly ready to get started on working out on the machines and using the pools.
So, this past week had been all about changes. I'm hoping this week the changes are going to give me the confidence to get back on track.
