Another LONG walk!

I am enjoying my 2 hour Sunday walks lately. i am wondering how much longer the weather will cooperate so they can continue. My weight is down some more this week. I am thinking that I will need to increase my activity level to keep it going down. Planning my eating is really a key, and trying to eat a vegetable or fruit at eatch meal and for snacks is helping too.
