Back on track

Ok, its been almost 2 months since I lost my job. In that two months I had really hoped to lose my next 10 pounds and be real close to my final goal weight. Well I definetely thought wrong. I am up about 8 pounds. It is a little upsetting. So I am going to really try hard to get back on track. I do cardio every couple days and I'm am going to try to get it done at least 5x this week and I hope to incorporate in strenght training again. I really have noticed my thighs getting bigger since I stopped doing those exercises. I'll keep at it, maybe my new goal will be to get back to 147 by October 1st. Then 137 by December 31st.

    You CAN do this! Remember that you've gone through and emotional time and so gaining a little isn't abnormal. Most of us tend to fall back into old habits when stressed. It's awesome that you've managed to see the light and remotivate yourself! your goals are reasonable, so get moving and watch the pounds melt away!
