Back on track

Ok, its been almost 2 months since I lost my job. In that two months I had really hoped to lose my next 10 pounds and be real close to my final goal weight. Well I definetely thought wrong. I am up about 8 pounds. It is a little upsetting. So I am going to really try hard to get back on track. I do cardio every couple days and I'm am going to try to get it done at least 5x this week and I hope to incorporate in strenght training again. I really have noticed my thighs getting bigger since I stopped doing those exercises. I'll keep at it, maybe my new goal will be to get back to 147 by October 1st. Then 137 by December 31st.
