Saturday again - reassess my consistency

I can't believe another week has gone by! The house is fairly quiet right now - 2 of my sons are asleep having worked graveyard shift last night, my Dh is golfing in a fund raising tournament for the Rotary Club, my 2 almost youngest are on a biking day trip with the scouts and Keith is playing with cars - although I better check on him - he is toooo quiet! LOL. I spent two days bottling peaches with my mom - got my strength training in two days and cardio 2 days - not quite the 3 days each. I have done really well with my fruit and veggies, so so with my water intake - I think only 1 day that I got all 8 glasses in and the scale hasn't budged - so I know I need to really get serious and commit to the program I know I need to do. I can whine all I want about not losing the weight, but when I put it down in black and white (black & pink!!) I can see where my deficiencies are - water and a little more exercise and a little more sleep. If I will be consistent, I know I will get the results I want. And stay away from chocolate covered almonds!!!!!!
