    I know one thing, the dance classes I do on Tuesdays are so much fun that they don't really seem like exercise, and I really enjoy that time with my friends....

    Actually walking in the cool morning is very good for you. It not only exercises your body...........it's comforting to your soul.

    Mark, if I can haul my bones out to exercise at 6am........you can!!!!!!!!!! I walk 30 minutes in the morning. After all you got us into this program.........now get to walking. LOL
