Feeling pretty good today. Back to the basics, followed someone else's suggestion of pre-planning for the day. It felt good, it felt good to have a plan, and it was really useful to have knowledge of what calories i would be eating and what i had "left" tp play with.
As Pahla B said - trainers eat to the number of calories vs people (aka me) that eat and then try to make it match to the calories! So let's keep this train going and i'm on it!
