Avoiding a V Shaped Pattern

I figure this is my last post before shut down in August. I'll morn the loss of a forum, a place to express triumphs and challenges however I get the deal, things change.
Since my last post, I've successfully maintained my weight at around 130 which is remarkable compared to the last time I lost weight only to have gained it back shortly afterwards making my weight charts look like a V shaped pattern.
What has worked for me is a continued vigilance towards tracking my food. This probably won't work for everyone however I've been lucky enough to keep this up and make it a habit (a key behavior).
The frustrating part is I haven't attained any new goals, goals of which will take much more discipline than I currently exercise.
Overall I can say I'm at a healthy weight and my diet overall is much better than it was before I started my new journey October 2019.
