Friday - starting to move to myfitness pal

I posted this over there first, but miss my people here, so will post both till sp quits me...

Hello Friday!

This week definitely went off the rails! I had wed-friday scheduled as vacation to head out camping. alas i was uninformed that where i picked in the mountains were the "other side" and would still be over 100 degress. So we finally just decided us and the dog would not enjoy it at all, so stay-cation it was!

Wednesday did some chilling and some crafting - who want't a note in the mail - i made a ton of very cute note papers! Hubby and i made lunch and went to the park for a picnic!

Thursday we headed into the mountains for a touch cooler weahter - as in it was only 90 degrees! hahaha Enjoy one of my fav little tourity mountain town - got some new spices and tea, some chocolate and a birthday gift for a friend! Enjoyed a lovely meal, some beer tasting and then grabbed a coffee and headed back to the heat!

Today was our weeklhy run, then breakfast with my hubby as a place we have never been taht is 1/2 a mile from the house - oy - such a cute and wonderful place. Think i will insitiute a monthly breakfast date during the week the hubby going forward.

Later we'll eitehr go meet a friend for some additional beer or if she gets a filling we'll enjoy the back yard and some of the beer i picked up yesterday at the liquor store!

Tomorrow we head south to a friend birthday - we'll have to stay over night - cause it's 2 hours away... oy...

We'll see how paco does...we r leaving him home alone... poor little fella, he doesn't have his brother anymore and we wont be home. Fingers crossed.


Just enjoying things and food and snacks a bit too much right now.

we got in a couple walks!

need to grab my sun tea from the bench outside

need to do better

Goals for today:

get in some reading

work on my presentations for next week as well as the new presentation

Goals for the rest of the week:

enjoy some down time

special coffee

able to work positive affirmations and get our run in

not worrying about work. feels fantastic

What do I love about myself today - I am enough

i have people that support me in my job and appreciate my abilities!
