Chapter 38, Day 99 - In Transition

Not much going on to blog about regarding my progress and Plan. Apparently, I needed a rest once I lost the 25#. The Speed Dial Plan was a handful for me, and I was glad when I reached the goal at the designated time after 9 weeks. I've spend the first month maintaining, and shifting between mostly healthy eating and some eating that was not. The second month and 1/2 I have seen the same 3-4# come and go, a reflecting of my eating patterns. Evening snacking has crept back into my life; it will be the first bad habit to go.
I can see a pattern developing that I don't like. It is time for me to get serious again about eating mostly healthy, and recalculate my course akin to the lifestyle change I said I would commit to once I reached the 25# goal.
I'm in a couple of challenges to help me do this. I am glad they can complete before SparkPeople goes dark on 8/17.
Other than that, I've enjoyed some family time, particularly with my new grandson. I recently attended 3 dance recitals for my grandkids. Client work continues on, commanding most of my attention these days, with the ongoing audits.
When the rain lets up, I will get out for a walk.
