145th Weekend Fasting Cycle

The 60-hour fast from Fri dinner to Mon breakfast went without a hitch. No cooking project this weekend. I'm eating more salmon in the morning. 145th fast is a minor milestone. I'm looking forward to 150th.

Mon breakfast: Fried salmon, onion rings and purple sweet potato. Sausage and beet root powder juice.

    Love salmon! I saw a good remoulade sauce recipe from Paula Deen once. She used parsley; I had basil. Wouldn't change back for the world. Checked out what Irma Rombauer Becker in _Joy of Cooking_ used, so if I have it, I add cucumber.
