Week 21: Progress Report - down 6 lbs this week; total loss of 3.6 lbs for May

So that helped to get the scale a little closer to where it was before I had my big *BLIP* of a week. Still up one pound from two weeks ago, but making progress.

So that's a total of -3.6 lbs in May. Which is below my "low" target weight goal (4 lbs) for the month, but way better than the week before, whatever that last week was all about. And pounds lost are pounds lost in my book. I'd much rather say I lost 3.6 lbs this month than I gained 3.6 lbs!

With the holiday weekend, I had company and didn't get to do my end of the month photos and measurements - so that's on my to-do list for the next day or two, but wanted to get my weekly report posted and June month goals up and on my blog and home page (I like to refer to them each week).

JUNE: (NEW STARTING WT: 208)
Lose 1-2 lbs per week.
TARGET GOALS:
High Goal: 8 lbs (200); Mid Goal: 6 lbs (206); Low Goal: 4 lbs (204)

Also, the Spring 5% challenge finished. While I didn't hit my 5% target, I did hit 3%, so I'm glad for that and will continue to work on it until I hit my goal. And that's just 4 lbs to go! Creeping ever closer to ONEderland!
