Loving this new Lifestyle

I’m really finding my groove with my nutrition using SparkPeople. I can really do this for a lifetime. No more yo yo dieting. No more super restrictive eating plans. It’s very freeing to know that I don’t have to deprive myself of anything I want as long as it’s within my caloric deficit. This is a sustainable way of eating and I love it. Funny thing is my taste are changing . I now want to eat Whole Foods and climb the stairs when I used to avoid them. To top it off I’m listening to my body and working out because I enjoy how it makes me feel! Oh and I look good too! Lol 😂 watch out world! Most of all I’m patient with myself and enjoying the journey.

    There is something about the tracking that brings a different outlook to the process. Like you said. Eat what you want, when you want but stay within your goal overall. Over time, your stomach isn’t ‘telling’ you to eat and you eat per the plan.
