We are all given 24 hours everyday. Currently I'm on day 10 of a new 21 day meditation program. I like meditating. It calms me, slows my breathing.
So why do I need this program to refresh my meditating? My practice falls off when the twenty one days programs finishes. But this is something I like doing, why does fall away?
It is not just the meditation but making any changes I fall back to my old way of doing things.
Yes some tiny bits may stick, but most of it doesn't.
What is holding me back from making these changes?
What can I do make it stick?
