Water is Magic

Today's topics were about the importance of water. It is a magical ingredient LOL if I choose foods with a high water content, then I am doing better. I can understand that. The illustration was eating a cup of grapes vs a cup of raisins. I cup of grapes will be just as filling, because a cup is a cup, but it will have significantly less calories than the grapes. So the goal today is to choose more water options.
I really need to focus on getting healthier big time. I had a scare last night. Small scare for me, but huge one for my son. I got chest pain. 99% certain was not cardiac, felt more GI or muscle pain. Was located in lower left rib cage. It was stabbing. I could not take a deep breath. Still cannot. It faded after some naproxen and antacid tablets. I had to call into work though. That was a disaster cause it was a late call in. Didn't start until an hour before I was due to clock in, so big mess. I kept trying to reassure my son that it wasn't my heart, but took awhile for him to believe me. To me it feels like what I think cracking a rib would feel like, or if I had been coughing a whole lot lately. Haven't done either, so kind of stumped. So back onto really getting serious about getting healthier because I don't want it to ever be cardiac. OK I now have my sugar free ice tea to drink and am planning a trip to store to get some mio for waters, maybe some watermelon as well
