I am blessed to have started a journey with a medication coach.
I have tools, the knowledge, why is it I do not apply them, take the time to utilize what I know
Kerry, has been walking me through a few of her beautiful meditations, yesterday she taught me Meta which is a Self compassion loving meditations.
last time she taught me heart breathe, Breath in Love, and compassion, breath out
while playing with pasha I give her support by reading her, then bringing my energy into a relaxed state, she will follow. Yesterday I brought in the Heart breath, she quickly place her muzzle on my heart.. She felt it instantly.. amazing gift
so Breathe, take the deep breath and release all resistance, and find acceptance in what is, then create what you want bring it in with each breath.
lesson yesterday, LOL which should have been obvious, is self checks on my self and do a body scan prior to engaging anyone and fur kids..
