Happy Tuesday!

It's been another odd day. I slept okay last night. I fell asleep fairly quickly, but woke up at 11:00ish and it took me a little while to get back to sleep, then Mike's phone rang at 4:30 and I was actually asleep! So, I was up before 5:00 again. I don't want May to go any faster, but I am ready for days when I can attempt to sleep past an alarm...

I got up, had my Energize, read my Bible and devotional and did my workout. I took my shower and got dishes put away before I got the boys up. Once breakfast was done and they were out the door I got the dishes washed and made the bed. That was pretty much it for housework today. Just no motivation.

I watched last night's episode of All Rise, then switched over to Chicago Fire. After lunch I finally called Fareway and order the fruit and veggie trays and buns for the reception. Then it was time to head to town. I stopped at the bank first to deposit my church check and the praise team check from the funeral yesterday. Then it was off to the high school to record for large group contest. I really hope that it went as well as she thinks it did. I didn't feel good about my part, but oh well. I stopped at Fareway to pick up a few things and came home.

I did finish up season 8 of Chicago Fire, so now I'm ready for the newest season. The one bonus of last season ending abruptly is that there wasn't a cliffhanger!

1. Nutrition: we had pizza for supper, so not the greatest, but I enjoyed every bite!
2. Fitness: Day 37 - Lift & Shift: Core Challenge and added Body Groove's workout of the day just to get some extra movement
3. Personal: Read my Bible and devotional; I started reading James Patterson's newest Women's Murder Club book - "21st Birthday" - yesterday, so I've been reading that since 3:00; phone/computer time was okay.

Tomorrow - I don't have anywhere to go and I'm going to enjoy just being at home. I might clean and do laundry, but I might not. I'll just wait and see.

sometimes, we think we did "not that great" in a performance and then you listen to it and then say... Hey, that sounds pretty good. Sometimes our mistakes are not as bad as we think . I hope that you are pleased with the recording when you get to hear it. I hope the kids feel great about their performance. That is the blessing , just to get to sing with others and to perform is another amazing blessing.
