Last week we had friends visit us while we are camping (we’ll be out a total of 2 months) and we ate out quite a bit more then we usually do. I was able to get back on track Monday. My husband likes to cook actual meals on the weekends hence the Monday re-start. We eat pretty light during the week and have nice meals on the weekends so I do try to practice portion control. I got on the scale this morning for a sneak peak and I was down a pound. Yeah! However, my regular weigh in day is Friday morning right after getting up. So I’m kinda hoping it’ll go down again. I’ve really been pushing the water too.
