Happy Thursday!

It's been a pretty good day overall. Not too crazy, so that is always a good thing. 😁

Sleep was okay last night. I almost made it until the alarm. I got up, had my Energize, read my Bible and devotional and did my workout. I took a quick shower and got the boys up.

I was grateful that I didn't have to go for AMS this morning, since it gave me a quiet morning. I got the dishes washed, made the bed and watched last night's episodes of S.W.A.T. and Chicago PD. I could have sworn that Tuesday night was supposed to be new episodes of the CBS shows, but apparently that wasn't the case, because they were on the Paramount+ (aka CBS All Access) site. Oh well.

I did finish my puzzle this morning

It really didn't take me long - I could have finished it last night.

When it was time I headed to the school for HS Choir. It went okay. We basically just worked on little sections, but they actually stood on the risers for a change! Afterwards I headed to the hospital to get my second Covid shot.

All vaccinated! So far I'm fine, my arm is starting to feel a little sore, which was what happened with the first shot. Praying that's it!

Supper is in the crockpot, and I just figured that I'd go ahead and get my blogging done for the day. I think that it might be an early night to bed. We'll see.

1. Nutrition: okay - actually didn't have a snack. I was a little too full of water!
2. Fitness: Day 25 - Lift & Shift: Total Body Circuit (Primary Moves)
3. Personal: Read my Bible and devotional; finished my puzzle and will do some reading; phone/computer time was okay.

Tomorrow - grocery shopping, laundry and cleaning are the main things on the agenda. It's a calm day and I'm just fine with that!
