Happy Wednesday!

Well, I did get another decent night of sleep. I think I woke up once, but went right back to sleep. I tried some new things last night - we'll see if that continues to help. One was a sleep mask. I had received my Doterra order yesterday and I went with the sleep wellness pack and added the silk mask. It actually didn't bother me. I've tried other ones that did. So, we'll see what happens when I go to sleep tonight.

Mike got up at 4:00, but I managed to stay in bed until 4:45. I got up, had my Energize, read my Bible and devotional and did my workout. Today's scheduled workout was only an 11 minute core workout, so I added a short walking workout to it. I took my shower and got the bed made. Jacob actually got up on his own. I had to get Matthew up. Once they left I got the dishes washed and started the final disc of season 2 of NCIS: Los Angeles.

The main thing on my agenda today was Contemporary worship planning. We now have our songs planned for May. Well, all except for the 4th Sunday because it's Confirmation Sunday and we try to let the Confirmands pick songs if they have any favorites. I did get an email from the choir teacher asking if I could come in at 1:45 to re-record the vocal duet. So, I got an extra hour of accompanying in.

I did get a load of laundry done, but for the most part I just relaxed. I made progress on my puzzle. I really could probably finish it...

I only have the turtle left. I'm so close, but my back needs a break.

1. Nutrition: okay
2. Fitness: Day 24 - Lift & Shift: Core Challenge and Walk On: Dance Party
3. Personal: Read my Bible and devotional; did some reading and worked on puzzle; phone/computer time was okay.

Tomorrow - I actually have a free morning! She decided to not have me come in for AMS. I'll go in at 12:30 for HS Choir and then I get my second Covid shot. Fun times! I'm sure that I'll finish my puzzle.
