Still feeling great

I am still feeling great about my weight. Since I checked my weight at the beginning of the week, I checked it again twice since then. My weight has not changed since then. I don't eat a whole lot since I fill up fast. Last night I fixed myself a pepperoni and cheese sandwich and I could only eat half of it. I have not had much carbs and sugars as much as I use to. I have my exercise in the morning when I walk uptown Monday through Saturday. Today I am making a healthier version of Chicken Parmesan. The chicken is not breaded. I have the chicken in the crockpot and put a chunky sauce on top of it. I am going to have bow tie pasta instead of spaghetti. I am going to wait until summer to have it.
