Hanging In There with Meditation

Generally on Friday I become aware of how much I have NOT done. And on Sunday I see which direction my weight is going. But with a commitment to daily mindful meditation I find that the pile of stuff to do is less threatening and more manageable looking. I work at about the same rate - or maybe a little better, but my sense that things are overbearing is greatly diminished. My wife has noticed that I'm calmer and wondered if that's somehow related to the meditation practice. That's great. A win for everyone.
