New week new chance to eat healthy and exercise more. I started today off making plans for my success 1. Join Walking Your Way 5K challenge and do some walking or what ever the challenge says each day for a month 2. Track what I eat staying in my allotment for the day 3. Post on my team pages encouraging them when I can 4. Journal my feelings instead of eating them This is my plan for this week and weeks to come
