next steps - trying to make sure i am tracking, so i can determine the calories i truly take in, need each day.

got vaccine yesterday so skipped this morning exercise, but we did take a nice walk after work! Such nice day!

get some training done - did it!

Goals for the rest of the week:
do "another page" in my presentation.
read more of my book
get some good workouts in!

my vaccine appointment 1
sleepy pups
walks with the hubby and little free libraries!

What do I love about myself today - I am enough
putting together a standards doc for myself and my teammates, so we are all on the same page. Proud of that!
