WooHoo Day 1 of the Spring Challenge!

I love the start of a new 5% Challenge. Each season I feel a renewed optimism and day one sets the pace for how the challenge will go for me.
1) Weighed in and recorded my weight on team page.
2) Had breakfast and entered my food in Spark
3) Getting ready to hike with Rebel who is still recharging (sleeping).
4) Audiobook loaded on my MP3
5) New running shoes
6) New Fitbit
6) Diet will be 3 meals a day on Structured Meal Plan, no snacks.
7) Naughty foods are gone.
Later today I will write about my Structured Meal Plan. I had an online class this week and need to review the material and write out MY plan.
