Today was a good day filled with challenges. I told myself "NO" multiple times and followed through. It's bedtime now. So I expect to see this rewarded on the scale tomorrow.
-No to the snack food purchase/consumption. I picked it up, put it in the cart and took it back to the shelf. This took a strong will and I had to find it. I avoided other aisles with temptations. 15 carbs on a serving is just too much...and there really wasn't much redeeming other value in the item under consideration.
-I also said No to "no" carb meat or cheese. It was late at night. I wanted to maintain my 3 hour eating window. I wasn't really hungry. And I made herbal tea instead. No eating 1-2 hours before bed. Period.
Tomorrow I should break through this weight loss floor. And it's Friday!
