2021 Goals still here Week 9 messed up a little So mad at myself.

Hello sparkpeople How is everyone today on Monday, I started to write this Sunday I am a little late. emoticon

It’s been a little bit of a hectic week. My aunt of 93 years old passed saturday around 3:30 in the morning. They placed her in hospice care because she stopped eating. Hospice care said that it didn’t look good and sure enough she ended up passing away. My aunt was a very strong independent woman. As she grew older the dementia took over. She was in denial that she didn’t need any assistance although her condominium pleaded with my mother someone needed to be with her 24 hours. A couple of years ago we admitted her into the hospital and we found an ALF for her. Since then she had been there being taken good care of. My mom has a lot of guilt putting her in there but honestly she would’ve killed my mother with anxiety worrying over her. My mom really was a really good sister to her because she didn’t have any kids and luckily we were her kids.

My mom is arranging the funeral and the burial we are looking at Thursday.
My eating has been so so. I had a cousin come to visit and we went out to dinner I ate peanuts two Big handful ( one of my weaknesses) , then Saturday my sister came over and bought chicharonea (another weakness) and cuban bread (even worse) . Guess who ate. Ugh !!!!

I come to the conclusion that I have to be hard headed and not eat any foods that are not bought and around my family. I had a set back but it’s been Nine weeks and I’m not blowing it again. emoticon

I went back on plan yesterday and this week I am going full force.

I didn’t gain weight but didn’t lose anything so that’s good.
I’ve been doing insanity max 30 this week and Jazzercise. I had to get an oil change and maintenance on my car Saturday and yesterday I got my first vaccine pfeizer.
My arm is sore but it’s all good. My appointment was at 830 but went first thing at the Marlins Stadium.. It was super organized. It took me about 30 to 40 minutes to get through. I will check in next week and keep you posted.

    During a time of stress, is the worst for anyone trying to eat right. Just do the best you can, so if it set you back a week or so. Just don't let that add to your stress. You will come back strong, sometime the only way, we can comfort other people is over a meal and fellowship. You will be just find after this week is over, but for now, just be there for yourself and your love one. So sorry for your lost and many blessing to your family.
