Last WI for March

My WI was again STS..
To sum up for March I lost like .5 pound...
I am sad .
This last week I upped my steps by over 1000 a day.. and cut down on my calorie intake but yet I did not lose even an ounce.
I so do not know why my body will not release weight..
I resolve to keep working on me
At least I know I must be healthy and I did not gain weight..

No outdoor walking as it rained all day.. so exercise was done indoors

I got this picture this week on one of my small walks on the path.. The river is high from snow melting

I will keep working on me ...

    I’m experiencing slower weight loss as well. I didn’t even lose weight doing a colonoscopy prep. What the heck?

    My dear, at least it's down .5 lb. NOPE, doesn't make it less frustrating, to be sure.

    Keep on doing what you're doing and eventually the body will catch up.

    Well, despite frustration, the weight will eventually drop due to healthy lifestyle. And feeling good, sleeping well, having people and activities to enjoy...that beats the scales all to flinders. 🌷

    Maybe it is the foods you are eating. Some foods do not help us in the weight loss

    High protein low carbs , try it for a week.

    Yes, keep working one day at a time. Sounds like you are developing healthy habits even if the scale is not showing weight loss as fast as you would like.
