Spring 5% Challenge Goals

I have been part of the 5% challenge for two years now. I actually found a blog from my first one. So, this is my 8th one. I have never reached my 5% mark but I am determined. I roughly weigh 132 at the moment and my goal weight is 120 so this year is the year to reach it!
So for this challenge I have some goals in mind.
1) Log my food every day. Now there are days I am just away from the computer so it just doesn't happen. My plan for this challenge is to keep a notebook handy and I can log what I ate and then log it on Spark when I have a chance. This will help me see where I am going wrong or where I am succeeding. In the past I may have two or three weeks of logging then I quit. My goal - all eight weeks!
2) I have been walking a minimum of 30 minutes with my son. I aim to double that. It may be myself for the extra time but I want to walk 60 minutes a day. The fresh air will do me good. Treadmill when I cannot get outside.
3) Increase my water intake to 80 ozs a day. Right now I do the 64 per day.
4) Move more period!
5) No eating after 7 unless it is a special occasion.
6) Blog more.
