Thirty Pounds Lighter

When I started this Journey I plugged in a number goal weight 200 lbs. I knew I could do it but I thought this will be hard and long and now with my Sparkpeople Family it seems not hard at all,
I know my goal at the moment is to lose 5% of my body weight which is 3 more lbs. I still have not gone back to diet Pepsi and I cook my own food a lot more. I want to be more motivated about working out I act like it is torture. I exercise a daily minimum of 10 minutes but some days 10 minutes is torture. I exercise daily because over 50 my joints feel the stiffness when I don't
I have not weighed 275 since 2014 this is wonderful thanks SparkPeople family for the push I couldn't do this without your love and motivation emoticon
