STILL LEARNING HOW TO MAINTAIN MY WEIGHT
It's a fight. Today I weighed in at 173.3. Uh oh. I don't know if it is muscle gain or not. My clothes still fit and my belly is starting to tighten up, so...
So. I'm trying to stay away from the scale. I'm trying to incorporate exercise more and pay attention to that. I will try to regulate my way into once a week on Saturdays. I will continue to exercise . However, I want to stay at 165.
Thank you Lord I only have 8 pounds to manage. Not 100.
