What I can accomplish in 8 weeks for the Spring 2021 Challenge

1. I can maintain my weight, not gaining.
2. I can continue my habit of using the elliptical 6 out of 7 days a week.
3. I can increase my time on the elliptical slowly.
4. I can buy some new spring clothes in a smaller size that will fit me well.
5. I can continue to enjoy walks with my loving husband.
6. I can return to attending church in person now that I am vaccinated.
7. I can encourage my teammates by responding to their blogs.
8. I can get to know the girl I met on another team who answered my invitation and joined our team.
9. I can take a trip with my husband to visit his family 11 hours away.
10. I can continue helping my daughter by watching her children when she has to go to the doctor.
11. I can memorize 8 new verses from the Bible, one per week.
12. I can be active on my team and encourage my teammates in their goals.
13. I could go on, but I think that I will stop there.
