One Thing Leads to Another

I was feeling generous. I knew there was a bachelor at church who really enjoyed my chocolate-covered pretzel rods. When I made them for the gift shop, he'd always be the first customer. I didn't have any rods, but I did have the smaller more traditional pretzels, so I decided I would surprise him with the treat. I chopped some chocolate off the big block and put it in the double boiler.
Afterwards, I looked at the bottom of that pan (copper) and it really needed a good cleaning. I knew I had some copper cleaner underneath the kitchen sink. Searching, searching...there it was -- far, far back. Everything had to come out, so why shouldn't I just clean the whole area. The place was in need, I can tell you. How is it that those containers that hold the various bottles can get so grungy? It looks good now and lots of stuff went to different cabinets. One project, albeit unplanned, is done.
