2021 Spring Challenge Exercise Plan and commitment

First, I am a Shooting Star. This team is active and very supportive. I am thankful to have found them.
During the winter I started using the elliptical we have at home. I commit to using it 15 minutes 6 out of 7 days a week, slowly increasing my minutes over time. (When I started I was doing 6 minutes a day)
I commit to at least a 30 minute walk 5 days a week, sometimes longer. As the days get hotter I will walk earlier in the day. I will not walk on rainy days.
I have stretch exercises that I do. On the days I am unable to walk because of bad weather I will do those for 30 minutes.
Here and there I will rotate wall squats with a ball behind my back, and dumbbell exercises.
My weekly commitment is 250 minutes.
