2021 Goals still here week 7 I think I hit a plateau

Hello Spark People, how is everyone doing?
I didn't get on the scale Thursday but got on the scale yesterday and today. Remember my scale is strange and was going to weigh in three days in a row to see if there is a huge weight loss, will try to weighin tomorrow. Or buy a new scale manual.
I did incorporate Salmon two nights and have been eating brown rice daily or sweet potatoes or baby potatoe, I didn't cook my quinoa this week. I know I'm being silly but I've always been a slow loser. Its ok, I will take the heat and own it. I didn't go out of plan during the week. Last weekend I had a key lime pie shake and that was it. Almond peanut butter, two is my limit. I may try to cut down on fruits. I've been eating watermelon, peaches and cantaloupe.
I ran 4 miles last sunday and plan to run again tomorrow. Well tomorrow is Day light savings time and its a bit of a struggle to wake up. Glad I'm not commuting. It maybe a struggle to get up in the morning.... it has been this week... Not a struggle just not waking up so early. I did have trouble getting to sleep. Too much excitement with the bachelor
Yes I do watch that show. I think its the only show I watch and youtube.
I have been logging my foods in lose it app and also started logging in with weightwatchers. On lose it, I average 1333 calories daily. and with WW my points are 23 daily. I don't really use the left overs. I still have the membership and why not use it.
I have been doing Muscle Burns Fat.
