So, somethings change and lots of things stay the same. I missed SP! however, I really needed to take some time and address my mental health and exhaustion. I slept a lot. I meditated, I therapied, I rode my bike, I gained 8 lbs. And I realized that I need to come back, but differently. I have moved to a plant based diet, I've given up meat and eggs, and I am working on dairy. That blue cheese in my salad is just SO good. I have been spending so much time with my 17 year old daughter, because she's moving out soon. I'll catch up more, I hope you're all well.
