March goals

For my A&I blog is to blog about our Febuarys progress and March goals

I did good at some on my goals in Febuary. I did go to the gym 4 days a week exept the last week of Febuary. Needed to get some sleep. Been pretty bad about that. I have drank soda once a day, alot of water though, still drinking my soda water.Still going strong on not smoking. Still making it to my bible study but doing the lessons is a different story. Have been reading the notes and chapters that we studied. Home workouts havn't done since the end of the month. Havn't done no Journeling.. Been reading my a book from amazon. It is call the haprbenger. I also have been going for my walks to get my little girl.

Febuary goals
1)Still go to the gym emoticon
2)Still no soda Kinda. Been pretty bad about that
3)Still stop smoking emoticon
4)Still go to my bible study and try to do my lessons Been still going but lessons is hard. But have been reading the notes and chapters we are gonna be talking about
5)Hope to do another book with my therpist so that will be my reading
6) As well as going to the gym, do at home work outs Havn't done it tell the end of this month.
7) Go for walks (outside when it is good enough, treadmill when the weather is bad) emoticon

5)Keep with my bible study
6)Read my books on my kindle
7)Go for my walks (outside if it is nice, treadmill if it is crappy)
8) Do yoga 3 times a week
