10 Weeks down on Elliptical

So today I completed 10 weeks exercising on my elliptical. Remember back when I was making a habit in 21 days? I am so glad that I did that and have continued. I am so much more healthy after all this time. But I also have not been legalistic about it. I missed a day now and then. I kept a chart and plan to continue. These ten weeks fit on one side of a piece of graph paper. I turned it over and made a new chart. This one I am going to have my husband make copies for me so I won’t have to make it again.

In my 10 weeks I missed four days. One I was not feeling well, that was day 31. On day 38 I had a busy day and took a day of rest. On day 60 I had my second Covid vaccine and then took days 61 and 62 off because I wasn’t feeling well. My husband regularly takes Friday, Saturday and Sunday off.

Actually today is day 69. I took up two days spaces because I used the elliptical twice today.
First for 14 minutes at resistance level 2 and later in the day for 11 minutes at resistance level 3, for a total of 25 minutes.

I don’t usually admit to being proud, but for this I am proud of my accomplishments.

What activity are you willing to work at to turn it into a habit and then a way of your life? emoticon There is no elliptical emoticon, however Spark does have an elliptical goodie.
