The 5% Winter challenge has ended. I am glad I did it I have to push myself to exercise even though I do it every day. I do a minimum of 10 minutes I have increased it to 15 and when I totally do not want to work out I do chair aerobics that is harder than actually working out. I am now doing the Biggest Loser Challenge and the 5% spring workout. I was 6 lbs short for the winter challenge but I lost 8 lbs that are gone. The new challenge is another14lbs I will need to lose and I am confident that I can do it. I plan to develop better nutritional goals this challenge less sodium yes that is my thorn how to reduce my sodium intake. I am looking forward to the spring so I can walk outside my BFF says she will walk with me. Bring on the challenge. I am ready.
