Life back to normal

This week, without even thinking twice, I ran errands. I used to hate errands, but after a year of Instacart not bringing me the things I needed, I'm happy to be running errands again!
I went to Walgreen's and got batteries for my scale. I haven't weighed in for a loooooong time, and it was Not Good. But now I know, and I'm working on it.
I went to Ace Hardware and they changed out the battery in my key fob, which has gotten weaker and weaker.
I went grocery shopping twice.
And.... I got a hair cut!
I have a list of more errands I need to do next week. The big thing is that my mortgage refi papers are ready to sign. Waiting for a call from the notary to set up a time. I also need to meet with the agent who is helping me get set up with my Medicare coverage. And my car a/c needs to be fixed before summer hits. We are already hitting the 80s every day and that won't last long. By April we'll be into the 90s and I'll be unhappy if I don't get that done now.
Still no dog. I am possibly not ready for one yet, because I'm not pushing or being proactive. When the time is right, I'll have a new dog.
