2021 Goals still here week 6

Hello Spark People how is everyone doing? Last weeks title was week 4 but i changed it to five because this week is six.... emoticon

This week has been good, I did go to the party last saturday and had the salmon two drinks and a dessert. They had appetizers but I only ate two little chicken wings with hardly any meat and calamares. I got on the scale Thursday and it was 180.6 but then I got on the scale Friday it was 179.6 but this morning I got on and it was 178.6. I think I need three weigh in days... lol...
I think my scale has memory from the last weigh in. Its so weird I don't like it but it is still new.
This is great news.

I am still having meat less meals Although yesterday I had panera asian chicken salad and vegetable soup. I am looking for some new recipes to cook.

I had a zoom call with my doctor re: Labs and he was really impressed. He wants to see me in August. I was impressed too actually. I hope I don't reverse myself.

So today is saturday and I didn't do my Walmart Run. I went to Publix. Walmart doesn't have the lentils or collard greens. I probably didn't look hard enough. But they didn't have the little avocdos. They did but it was sold in a pack of six and I only needed two. I don't want them to spoil. I also brough fruit and salad. I bought a salmon that I may cook tomorrow. I also bought zucchini and peaches. I slowly had a milk at least half with coffee. Maybe not even half although I diluted it with water and put instant coffee. I also reordered the teecino tea Mocha it is sooo good. I haven't had any crystal light either. I think it was one of the reasons I put on weight. I bought sesame oil, but publix didn't have liquid braggs. I am going next week to Walmart. emoticon

I have been doing MBF /three week program for exercise from Beachbody , my jazzercize and ran four miles. I will run again tomorrow.

My goals for next week want the scale to go down more at least two pounds, continue eating meatless a few days out of the week. Meditation need to continue with that. Haven't done it in a while. I am getting some cases from the case managers due to the lay offs. I thank god for my job, even though its hectic.
