Tracking and planning meals is what works for me. I need to track everyday or I just lose focus. I have a tendency to give up on myself, I've learned that it is not others that motivates me for the long term that is up to me. It is nice for motivation and support from others but it is ultimately up to me.
Everyday is a new start to keep going or brush off and restart. Even if it is restart #1001!! Keep your goal in sight and moving forward and upwards.🧗‍♀️
Make yourself worth it!
