Yesterday we picked Karen up from the hospital and took her home. I then drove out to the highway to the pharmacy she uses to get her five Rx's filled. Back to her house to give them to her; she was going to have her neighbor pick them up today. It is the same neighbor that promised to take her to the hospital and backed out.
I finally got a call-back from the health department to schedule my first covid injection. It is Saturday at Delta College, one of my alma maters, about 10 miles from here. I am thrilled. He offered a drive by choice and I took it. The National Guard is directing it, so I should not have a problem finding which area. I also had to go back online to another site different than the first one that I used to initially register. I had to fill out a easy and short form and consent.
I am thrilled!
