We enjoyed an evening at my daughter's house last night. She and her
Chef-fiancee made us a supper of Ox Tail stew, freshly made biscuits, and salad.
He also made an Orange Pound Cake with an apricot glaze. Wow! What a treat.
He sure can cook. I brought a bottle of 1998 Beaujolais wine to compliment that dinner.
After supper, we watched our Maple Leafs beat Edmonton Oilers for the third time in a row.
Can't get better than that... for a Canuk.
