Spark Coach Exercise Share your Goals

I have one goal that means the world to me. Maintain my weight loss to within +/- 3% of my Chosen Center weight.

In order to do that I feel I must spark everyday.
Log my food and drinks.
Exercise consistently.
And if all else fails never ever give up. I have come too far in this healthy lifestyle journey to become a quitter. I may stumble but I will not fall! Something like a weeble (Weebles wobble but they don't fall down.)

I want to be independent in my old-er age. emoticon
