This week I have made some bad choices on what to eat, fast food, candy and other high calorie foods and the scale shows it.
Today I am making some better choices and I believe the scale will be happy with me. Usually on Saturday I have some kind of take out and some kind of sweet. I have been having to much of that lately and it shows on the scale. Today I choice to get a salad kit and eat half of that for lunch and half for 3:00 snack. That is "good eating".
I know how to do "good eating" and am going to do that. I am choosing to eat less carbs except what I get in fruits and veggies. I choice to not have any sweets and do good eating, lean meat, veggies, yogurt and fruit. I have done this in the past and know I can do good this week.
