2021 Goals still here week 4 Done with the reset now on to the post....

Hello Spark People,
How are we doing today? Today is day 22 of the post ur. Done with the supplements, I can work out which I already did and slowly bring back foods within the next three weeks. Like Dairy eggs chicken meat. Although I like the vegan foods i had been cooking. And haven't had coffee. Although my dad makes cuban coffee every morning and makes it for everyone. I was able to workout this morning and hopefully will go for my run tomorrow. Not six miles though. I walked every morning for a mile this week too.

Overall, I lost 11 pounds. I will take it, I hope to lose more for sure. Continuing with the foods and more creative recipes.

I also interviewed for a position in my area. We go back to the office September. Crossing my fingers. I do love my team and my job, even though it is hectic but with the layoffs it kind of scared me.

My sister may come today. I will check back next week. i did my grocery run at walmart. They have great fruits and vegetables.
