A lot has changed since I last posted.

Found out that my left shoulder was very badly damaged from degeneration, and my left rotor cuff is shot.

Had a reverse shoulder replacement on January 21, 2021. I am amazed that the recovery has been so much easier than I expected. I understand that the reverse surgery is generally an easier recovery, but I was shocked. Not much pain, just stiffness and soreness.

I was in such terrible pain prior to the surgery that it was such a relief.

Now I am probably staring at replacing the right shoulder as well. I am not having as much pain in it, but I know from the exrays that it is not good either. I am having an MRI on February 23. Praying that I can have the same surgery on the right.

Just call me Bionic Bonnie. Sigh.

I am getting my Covid vaccine on Tuesday. then will get the next one three weeks later.

Hoping to be able to schedule everything easily.

I am just glad that the things that are wrong with me are fixable.

I have not been able to ride my bike, but I have been able to keep my weight off, so I am grateful for that.

I started PT on Thursday, and that seems to be going well. Doing my exercises at home and I seem to be improving.

One day at a time.
