I've been committed to an eating plan that eliminates flour.
And every week, as the weekend rolls around, I find myself out to breakfast after church, wanting toast. And when we order in for Movie Night with DGS, I want a slice (OK, more likely 2 slices!) of pizza. And, this weekend, I knew we were going out with friends on Friday night for an early Valentines Dinner...where they have amazing desserts.
But, this month, DH has been very supportive.
Last weekend, when we ordered in, he did not order pizza ... so I was happy with my super-big tuna salad. Last night at dinner, we both got a dish of cinnamon ice cream, instead of cake. And, with the scale going down, it's easier to skip the english muffin at breakfast.
Hoping by the end of February, the cravings are just
